We provide 1-2 assistants for our Endodontist, which we will cover for expense. Your office is responsible for an assistant to turn the sterilization cycles and bag up the specialists instruments at the end of the workday. She/he is to help turn around the next available operatory you have to attend to next patient scheduled and to do some assisting for Endodontist.
We expect a guaranteed check for the agreed amount the moment our staff arrives to your office. Your office must render agreed % amount within 10 days of production day. Failure to do so will incur you an additional 5% late fee service charge off of totaled amount owed.
Our independent contracted Endodontist each carry an insurance of 2,000,000 liability insurance.
You are to pay us off of production and not collections.
Each endodontist will be in network with your offices existing plans. Endodontist will not accept state/ government plans.
Your practice will render billing by using your business tax ID # and entering the Endodontists NPI #
After visiting and training your front office they will be responsible for scheduling and billing.
You are to notify Davinci Endodontists 7 days in advanced prior to canceling our service. Failure to do so will make you responsible of agreed guarantee amount.
Your office is responsible for supplying any and all disposables as well as anesthetic supplies. We provide all supplies needed for root canals.

Yes, we provide a 1-year contract. You can terminate the contract via e-mail 30 days prior to the termination date.
